Michael Hokett is the co-founder and Executive Director for MercyDriven. Michael also serves as President of the MercyDriven Board of Directors. He is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the organization by working with the Board of Directors and the Executive Management Team to establish long-range goals, policies, and procedures.

Serving as VP of Engineering, Director of Estimating and Engineering, Board Member (TDLC), Associate Pastor, as well as being actively involved in prison and homeless ministries gives Michael extensive experience and knowledge in positions of leadership and program management.

Joanna Hokett

Joanna Hokett is co-founder and MercyDriven's Director of Finance. Joanna also serves as Treasurer of the MercyDriven Board of Directors. She oversees all financial operations to ensure that all regulations are met. Joanna is also responsible for directing and managing the MercyDriven budget, financial reporting, forecasting and accounting. She oversees all grants, and the allocation of funding for MercyDriven.

Joanna's background includes a decade of experience working with various financial institutions in the banking industry providing on-going support for operational effectiveness. Joanna has served as an associate pastor and personal assistant to an international ministry. She has served in prison ministries, mentor to young women, and continues providing humanitarian relief to economically distressed and homeless individuals.

Kevin J. Salsedo

Kevin Salsedo is a member of the MercyDriven Board of Directors. He is also the Director of Operations for MercyDriven. Mr. Salsedo is responsible for the implementation, management, supervision, and evaluation of MercyDriven's programs in accordance with the standards and procedures set forth by the organization.

As Supervisor and Operations Manager, Kevin has wide-ranging experience in overseeing all levels of corporate operations, with strong emphasis in team building, program development, and implementation to the success of the corporation. Mr. Salsedo has also served as a board member to several organizations. Serving as an associate pastor and counselor/mentor to adults, teens, and married couples, gives Kevin a broad background in providing humanitarian services to individuals in socio-economic crisis.

Debra Cowen

Debra "Deb" Cowen is well acquainted with providing humanitarian services to a large number of individuals through her leadership and association with various outreaches in the greater Seattle area.

Debra lends her knowledge and insight to MercyDriven's Board of Directors in making well-informed and wise decisions when providing for the most critical needs and/or services to those in need such as the homeless or families impacted by members who are incarcerated.

Johnny K. Jones

Johnny Jones serves as Vice-President of MercyDriven's Board of Directors, and is the Director of Outreach Development. Johnny is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and securing outreach opportunities for MercyDriven by cultivating and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with current and potential corporate and governmental agencies. Johnny collaborates with corporate executives and managers to develop strategies that convey MercyDriven's mission in accordance with the standards and procedures set out by the organization.

Johnny Jones is currently Senior Pastor to a local fellowship, and a retired chaplain for various law enforcement agencies. Johnny's broad background in providing professional consulting and hospitality-type services to a diverse group of clients, coupled with his decades of humanitarian efforts within local and nationwide arenas, make him a seasoned expert as MercyDriven's Director of Outreach Development.

Laura Kaufmann

Director of Marketing and Sponsorship

Laura Kaufmann serves as Secretary to MercyDriven's Board of Directors, and is the Director of Marketing and Sponsorhip. Laura is responsible for developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns designed to cultivate corporate prospects and donors to support MercyDriven's operations, and public programs in accordance with the standards and procedures set out by the organization.

Laura has a Real Estate License with a NMLS Mortgage Loan Origination endorsement; with her experience she brings a high degree of marketing skills. Laura also serves as a community volunteer in hospice support, or preparing meals for those in need, as well as organizing various charitable fundraising events, making Laura a knowledgeable and valuable asset to MercyDriven's mission and humanitarian efforts.

Lei Loni M. Rodrigues-Bush

Lei Loni Rodrigues-Bush is Executive Assistant for MercyDriven. She works under the direct supervision and guidance of MercyDriven's Executive Director. Lei Loni manages correspondence, document preparation, and communication for MercyDriven, and its staff. From time to time Lei Loni will act as proxy for the Executive Director, representing him in meetings or communications.

Lei Loni's experience includes 30+ years of administrative duties including office management, administrative specialist support to nuclear scientists, physicists, and engineers, both locally and at the Department of Energy in Washington, DC. Lei Loni's background also includes serving as church secretary interacting with all levels of ministerial leadership, as well as serving in humanitarian efforts through the ministry outreach division of the church. Lei Loni is an author of several inspirational books.

Angela Glaude Moore

Angela Glaude Moore's primary role with MercyDriven is assisting the Director of Marketing and Sponsorhip in fundraising activities, and the Director of Outreach Development in various areas of community and corporate agency outreach strategies consistent with MercyDriven's standards and procedures.

Angela's background and experience includes working with charitable and non-profit organizations. She will use her strong leadership and planning skills in conducting fundraising and community service activities.
