Piping Hot Beef Stew
Cold and rainy in Seattle -- A great night to serve hot food. The people we served were friendly and talkative regardless of their situations. Some people are on the streets because of poor choices, and others by circumstances, but regardless of where they are in life, they are people worthy of care.

Chicken Enchilada Casserole with Mole Sauce
Another great night! We prepared and served chicken enchilada casserole and the mole sauce was excellent! We also served Spanish rice, roasted seasoned vegetables, tossed green salad, orange slices, cookies, and juice.
Thank you MercyDriven volunteers and the OSL staff who helped make it possible to serve another nutritious hot meal to the Men's Shelter and to the homeless at the Outdoor Meal Site.

Beef with Gravy and Edamame Beans over Pasta
We prepared and served another nutritious meal to the men in the shelter and to the homeless in Seattle. Beef with gravy and edamame beans served over pasta, cabbage and kale, tossed green salad, and deserts.
The men in the shelter and especially the homeless couldn't seem to thank us enough! Thank You MercyDriven Volunteers and OSL staff that helped in making it all possible.
